I am an industrial designer and a strategist. I’m an inventor, an innovator, an industry-agnostic problem-solver.
I studied art, architecture, three types of engineering, and music during my circuitous undergraduate career at the University of Minnesota. I then worked for 5 years at an engineering firm producing 3D models and concept renderings of large kinetic architectural elements (e.g. retractable roofs for stadiums).
After being bitten by the entrepreneurial bug I returned to school and earned a Masters of Science in Industrial Design from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, and an MBA from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management in Claremont, California. These studies equipped me with the necessary skills for designing at the intersection of Human Need, Business, and Technology.
