I’m an inventor, an innovator, an industry-agnostic problem-solver.
I’m a Minneapolis-based product designer and design leader with over 15 years of experience spanning industrial design, UX, and corporate strategy.
I'm currently Director of Engineering at PD InStore, where I lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, drafters, and technical illustrators on retail design-build projects. As Head of Design at Vexilar, I led UI/UX and industrial design for a new sonar equipment ecosystem, earning multiple patents along the way. As Head of Design & Product at Avatour, I reshaped the user experience of a 360° videoconferencing platform from the ground up. My background also includes human-centered research and VR design at Reve Consulting, and 5 years of 3D visualization at Uni-Systems.
I have a Masters of Science in Industrial Design from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, and an MBA from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management in Claremont, California. These studies equipped me with the necessary skills for designing at the intersection of Human Need, Business, and Technology.
I have since been working with small startups and large enterprises to improve their user experience and generate growth through strategic design.
